Mary Schrock did a great job with extenuating circumstances of my purchase. She was polite and patient. She always "went to bat" for me and the purchase of this home. She handled outside contacts (bank, appraiser etc.) to the best of her ability to keep them on track, while maintaining a professional attitude.
